Bright eyes on the other side.
Tell us your flight, and we’ll build you a path, from the days before to the morning after.
You know the one
The flight you’re not looking forward to. The destination you are.
The red-eye to the 9am meeting. The long-haul flight to see family for the holidays. The overseas wedding you just can’t miss.
What’s actually happening up there
Your body has it rough in the air.
A shifted body clock. Dry cabin air. Twelve hours in the same seat.
What Steadway does
We’ll create a path for your exact flight.
Drawn from real traveler craft and peer-reviewed sleep science, built around your flight.
Beside you, the whole way
One card at a time.
So you know when to sleep, what to pack, and when to have that coffee at the airport.

The right card, at the right moment
Frequent flyer knowledge, handed over.
Before the flight
For an eastbound evening flight, wake before dawn and switch your phone to destination time to help your body prepare for the new time zone. You should feel ready for sleep this evening, when the cabin lights dim.
In the air
On an overnight flight east, go to sleep straight after the safety video. Eating first will keep you awake and cost you an hour you don’t have. Mask, headphones, eyes closed.
After landing
After a long-haul landing, drink two glasses of water and get outside for a slow walk. Your body will want to sleep, but an hour of light and movement sets your clock to local time. The bed is for tonight.
